TERMS OF USE & END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading, installing, registering an account on this website, or using the Smile Account software in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted ALL of the terms below. If you do not agree — do not download, install or use the software and do not create an account.

1. Software provided "AS IS" — no warranty

The software, the website and all related services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.

2. Full limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author(s) and distributor(s) of Smile Account shall NOT be liable for ANY direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • loss, ban, restriction, lock or termination of your Steam accounts or any other game accounts;
  • loss of data, credentials, items, skins, currency, progress or access;
  • loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated savings;
  • any damages caused by third parties, Valve Corporation, Steam, anti-cheat systems, updates of Steam or Windows;
  • any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You use Smile Account entirely at your own risk. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the software remains with you. Our total aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the last 30 days, or 0 (zero) if you have not paid anything.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • compliance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Valve's rules and the rules of any other services you use with this software;
  • the legality of your accounts, credentials and actions performed with the software in your jurisdiction;
  • keeping your login data, passwords and devices secure;
  • any consequences of adding, switching or automating accounts — Smile Account only manages the data you choose to store.

4. No affiliation with Valve

Smile Account is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Valve Corporation or Steam in any way. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Account, credits and payments

Account credits and subscription plans grant access to software features only. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. We may modify pricing, features or availability at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Privacy — short version

We store your email, password hash, subscription state and the Steam account data you choose to add (encrypted on our side). We do not sell your data. You may request deletion of your account via Telegram @smile_accounts.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the software or website after changes means acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always published on this page.
